- Claire Heaton | Business Development Consultant
Prior to joining Energize, Claire worked for several years in the procurement field of the downstream oil industry as a Contracts and Services Buyer for Milford Haven Total's Refinery. Responsible for managing critical spend with strategic suppliers across a variety of sourcing categories, key activities included the management of local and global supply chains, supplier evaluation and assessment, contract strategy formulation and post contract administration. A graduate of UWE, Claire is currently studying for an MSc in Management, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, qualified to a professional level and is a trained internal auditor for ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Rhodri started work with PBI over 8 years ago and during this time has acquired vast experience not only in the field of eMarketing but in gathering market intelligence, developing and implementing marketing plans and creating web based marketing solutions appropriate for the needs of an SME. Rhodri provides practical advice and support on marketing and technology issues to ensure that businesses identify and make the most of potential opportunities and meet the electronic supply chain needs of the energy contracting industry. Qualified with a Dip M, underpinned by a BSc (Hons) in Marketing and Communications Technology, Rhodri is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
- Richard Smith | Business Development Consultant
With 33 years banking experience within Lloyds TSB, Richard was a Senior Banking Manager for 9 yeras. During this time he was responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of over 500 business accounts and ensuring that asset quality and growth were maintained. Since joining PBI over 4 years ago, richard has worked with SME's across all sectors and currently focuses on strategy development and implementing in-house business control and management processes for Energize clients.
- Stuart Walder | Part-Time Business Development Consultant
Prior to joining PBI, Stuart was Site Reliability Leader at Chevron's Pembroke Refinery. Over the past 35 years, Stuart has held a number of senior positions including Works Management, Engineering Services, Plant Maintenance and Integrity/Reliability Engineering in both materials processing and the oil refining industries. In recent years, he has been a regular speaker at both petroleum and process industry conferences covering subjects such as plant reliability and inspection.
